ok, so here's a question...what turns you off in someone .... the most common response I have ever heard to this one is "Hypocrites" .... I mean please!! give me a break!! who likes hypocrites? and yet, who isnt one?? tell me one person who doesn't lie, cheat, fake , one person who isn't a hypocrite and i'll tell you of a pig who flies!! havent you ever lied to your parents that u had extra classes and gone out for a movie? didnt you ever smile and swallowed an unedible piece of food some one made, just so you wouldnt hurt their feelings? didnt you ever tell your boss/clients
that you agree, when you couldnt disagree any more? didnt you pretend to be fine and put up a face, when inwards the only that kept you from screaming was the fact that you had company? ...

bottomline...everyone lies. everyone cheats. and yes, not saying anything may prevent you from lying, but that doesn't mean you are not cheating..you still are. coz someday, if the information you withheld is found out, it'll still inflict the similar kind of damage ...so why is it that we have such difficulty accepting it? why is it so hard for us to look deep within ourselves and admit, even to ourselves, our own shortcomings? and why is it that the only outlook with which we ever introspect, is to learn and improve...overcome our shortcomings..why?? why not for once can we accept ourselves the way we are, and feel ok with it?? but then , wouldnt that mean that being a psychopath was ok, that you could scrape the nails off people's bodies after murdering them and feel ok about it...well, i guess its once again about drawing a line, balancing things out, differentiating between right and wrong , good and bad, which are subjective for every person and yet governed by generic rules of the society, so that people may co-exist perhaps even happily..

so while you and your friends n family may accept your urge to get mad and scream at times, dont give your boss the chance to present you with a card to address management lessons ... ;)
